Behaviour and Anti-bullying

The behaviour of our children at Norwood is excellent and we are proud that we have a very low incidence of bullying and disruptive behaviour. Children at Norwood have a clear understanding of their rights and responsibilities as part of our school community. Each class has a behaviour charter which they agree at the start of the year.

During Anti-bullying week the children spend time in their classes defining what bullying looks like and how we as a school will prevent and resolve incidence of bullying.

We have developed with the children an 'Anti-Bullying' charter which outlines everyone's responsibility within our school community to help identify, prevent and resolve bullying behaviour. There is a strong commitment  at our school to ensure that everyone is safe and happy. Bullying is not acceptable and we won't tolerate it.
