At school this week we will be working on our fitness levels by playing some games. At home, if you are feeling well enough, have a go at one of the following:
- create an obstacle course to complete using things you have at home e.g. draw a chalk ladder in the garden to run up and down or use a skipping rope or hula hoops if you have them.
- create a list of 6 different exercises and number each one. Roll a dice and if it lands on that number, you have to complete 5 of that exercise e.g. star jumps, crouching down, squats etc.
- Create a dance routine to a favourite piece of music
