In Year Applications

If you are moving to the area, or wish to move your child from a different school mid-year, you will need to create an in-year application form on the Hampshire County Council website (following the link below).

Once we receive your application from Hampshire County Council, we will reply in writing (via email) within 10 working days to let you know if there is a place available. If a place is available, you must take up that place within 4 weeks of the offer being made, otherwise the place will go to the next child on the waiting list.
