
School Uniform Policy
School uniform helps your child to belong to the Norwood Primary School community.

School uniform should be selected from the following items and can be purchased from any high street clothing shop, such as M&S, Sainsburys, Tesco or Asda.
Please ensure all uniform is named especially sweatshirts and cardigans.

Grey or black school trousers

Grey or black skirts/pinafore dresses

Blue striped or gingham dresses (in summer)

Royal blue sweatshirts or cardigans

White shirts/polo shirts

Blue, black or grey tights and socks in winter

Black or white socks in summer

Dark grey or black school shoes or plain trainers (including branding/laces/soles)

We encourage all children to drink water during the school day to keep them well hydrated. A named water bottle containing only water should be brought into school every day.

The wearing of jewellery is not permitted as rings, dangling earrings and necklaces can be dangerous. Small stud earrings and watches are allowed but must be removed or covered for PE and sports activities. We expect long hair to be tied up and no false nails or nail varnish should be worn to school.

Used Uniform​
The PTA recycles any donations made to the school and then goes on to sell them at events throughout the year.
