Day 1
We have had a great first day at Stubbington!
We were very excited on the coach and even more excited when we got to see our rooms for the first time. After our introduction and some unpacking time, we had our first meal which had 3 courses and was delicious. This afternoon, we spent it down the beach where it was incredibly windy! Whilst there, we found out about different shells including univalve and bivalve shells. We had a sandcastle building competition using lots of natural resources and we went fossil hunting. Our first free time was exciting as we got to go on the adventure playground and the football pitch. We had a house challenge and a yummy dinner! Once we had listened to a fascinating wildlife talk from a photographer who showed us all his amazing photos this evening, it was then time for supper before drifting off to bed to dream of the majestic wildlife in the photos. We are ready for a good night’s sleep!
